Start with your order type

Three product types, three clear shipping routes.

The label on the product page tells you which route applies. Handmade pre-orders do not use the same shipping offer or delivery timetable as regular stock.

Studio-built and made after ordering

A deposit starts the order. The remaining balance and actual shipping are collected after production.

Standard order rates and delivery estimates.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks, and carrier delays are not included.

This applies only to scene products marked available or ready-stock. It does not apply to handmade pre-orders.

Kings Atelier handmade pre-orders

The deposit starts one physical order.

The deposit counts toward the product total. Shipping is not included unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.

    Deposit and delivery address

    Pay the deposit shown on the product page. Checkout collects your address so the studio piece and its later shipment remain tied to the original order.

  2. 02

    Studio production

    The studio builds your scene. The production estimate and any available options are listed on the product page. The original order is not marked fulfilled at this stage.

  3. 03

    Balance and actual shipping

    After production and final packing, we confirm the packed size and actual shipping cost. A separate secure payment link collects the remaining product balance and shipping.

  4. 04

    One physical shipment

    Once the balance is paid, the completed scene ships to the address on the original deposit order. Tracking is added to that original order. The second payment does not create a second shipment.

Packaging and tracking

Protected for the product being shipped.

Diecast cars and accessories use protective outer packaging. Handmade scenes use studio-specific packing based on the finished piece. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Duties and import charges

Destination charges may apply.

Customs duties, taxes, brokerage, or import charges may be collected by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
