Check the label and payment summary on the product page. Standard releases and handmade Kings Atelier scenes do not follow the same payment or shipping process.

Handmade scene process

Deposit, production, final payment, dispatch.

    Deposit and addressThe deposit starts the order and checkout records the delivery address. Nothing ships at this stage.

  2. 02

    Studio productionThe product page shows the current production estimate and available options.

  3. 03

    Balance and shippingAfter final packing, we send a secure link for the remaining balance and actual shipping cost.

  4. 04

    One shipmentThe completed scene ships once. Tracking is added to the original deposit order.

If deposit checkout shows $0 shipping: it is collecting your address, not promising free shipping. The actual charge is confirmed after the finished piece is packed.

Dates and delays

Estimates can move.

Release dates and handmade production windows are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you when a material delay changes the current expectation.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible.

Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Handmade, custom, or personalized orders may not be cancellable once studio production begins. The terms shown on the product page still apply.

Mixed orders

Place ready-stock items separately.

This avoids holding an available item for a later release. If products with different timelines are combined, fulfillment and any extra shipping are confirmed case by case.
