When you preorder, your payment is collected at the time of purchase. The estimated ship date is listed on the product page — this is a manufacturer estimate and may shift due to production delays.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free US shipping on orders over $75. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All models are shipped double-boxed — the model in its original manufacturer packaging, placed inside a protective outer box with appropriate cushioning. We do not place shipping labels directly on original packaging. Box condition matters to collectors; we treat it that way.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging. Sale items and opened models are final sale unless damaged on arrival. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, contact us.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
In-stock orders can usually be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement — contact us immediately. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel. Preorders can be cancelled any time before the item ships for a full refund.
