How Preorders Work

We want preorders to be clear and simple. No surprises — just the information you need to make a confident decision.

01 Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of preorder. This secures your allocation from a limited production run.

02 Estimated Ship Date

Each preorder listing shows an estimated ship date (ETA). This is provided by the manufacturer and is an estimate — not a guarantee. ETAs can shift due to production delays, shipping logistics, or customs.

03 Delays

If a preorder is delayed significantly, we'll email you with an updated ETA and the option to wait or receive a full refund. We communicate proactively — we won't leave you in the dark.

04 Cancellations

You can cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.

05 Mixed Orders

If you order both in-stock and preorder items in the same order, in-stock items will be held and shipped together when the preorder arrives — unless you contact us to request split shipping (additional shipping costs may apply).

All preorder items are clearly labelled

Every preorder product is marked with a "Pre-Order" badge on the listing and at checkout. In-stock and preorder items are never mixed without clear indication.
